Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:HPY, OTC:HPYCF) announced that director Mike Cathro will be resigning for health reasons.
“Mike Cathro has been an instrumental part of Happy Creek Minerals for more than a decade. The company thanks Mike for his service and wishes him a speedy recovery,” Happy Creek chairman Walter Segsworth said in a statement.
Cathro will remain available to assist the company as a consultant.
