Century Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LCE, OTCQX:CYDVF) announced it will extend the closing of the final tranche of its financing under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption to September 2 to finalize subscriptions.
The offering allows up to 16,666,667 units at $0.30 each for proceeds of $5 million.
On August 1, the company closed 9,559,833 units for $2.87 million.
