Zinc Media Group Plc (LSE:ZIN) announced the exit of chief financial officer Will Sawyer, who intends to step down at the end of 2025 to pursue a new career opportunity.
The board has now appointed a search firm to begin a process to find a replacement. And, Sawyer is expected will work with the group over the coming months to ensure an orderly handover.
“He [Will Sawyer] has played a significant part in the turnaround of the group," said chief executive Mark Browning.
"After seven years in the role, he leaves with our thanks and best wishes for the next chapter of his career in the professional services industry.”
