Serica Energy PLC (AIM:SQZ) told investors it has started 'lifting' oil from the Triton FPSO following the restart of production.
Production from the Triton Hub is ramping up in line with the company's plan with wells in the Bittern, Evelyn, Gannet E, and Guillemot West fields now online.
Output at the Triton Hub has averaged 20,000 boepd (net to Serica) over the past two weeks, it said.
This is expected to increase as more wells come onstream, including new wells on Guillemot North West and Evelyn.
Ahead of a planned maintenance shutdown at the Bruce Hub, which began on 16 August, Serica’s total production averaged over 50,000 boepd.
The company has kept its full-year production guidance unchanged at between 33,000 and 35,000 boepd.
