Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) has amended a rule requiring its manager, Cordiant Capital, to reinvest 10% of fees into the trust’s shares, saying the team already holds a larger stake than required. Cordiant Capital and its digital infrastructure team own 15.4 million shares, or about 2% of the company. The manager has pledged not to reduce its stake below the old minimum.
