Vaultz Capital PLC (AQSE:V3TC) has appointed Aleksander “Aleks” Nowak as chief operating officer, with immediate effect. The role is a non-board position.
Nowak will be responsible for aligning the company’s strategic objectives with day-to-day operations, overseeing core business functions with a focus on process efficiency and operational delivery.
He brings more than two decades of experience spanning fintech, blockchain, military and maritime security.
As founder and chief information officer of BlockEx, Nowak designed and built a digital asset platform and has since specialised in developing regulatory-compliant digital asset solutions and leading complex digital transformations.
Earlier in his career, he served as a commissioned officer in the British Army and held senior roles in maritime security.
