Valereum PLC (AQSE:VLRM) has raised £65,000 of additional proceeds as it closes its WRAP Retail Offer.
The share sale was priced at 3.1p, and a total of 2.09 million new shares were sold to retail investors.
It completes the firm’s broader fundraising, in which it pocketed a total of £465,000 in new capital.
