Nova Minerals (ASX:NVA) has received a fresh wave of high-level support for its Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project in Alaska. Governor Mike Dunleavy reaffirmed the state’s backing, highlighting how Estelle’s vast resource base aligns with Alaska’s key infrastructure plans.
Adding to the momentum, Australian Consular-General Tanya Bennett visited the site, calling Estelle a prime example of Australia–US collaboration in critical minerals.
This comes on the back of strong endorsements from Alaska’s Congressional Delegation, and recent U.S. Presidential orders prioritising domestic mineral supply chains.
The project has also been singled out in the February 2025 RFC Ambrian report as one of just nine global projects with near-term antimony production potential — a critical mineral for the US defense sector.
Nova's CEO, Christopher Gerteisen said: "Estelle is evolving from a single project into a strategic mineralized district— potentially critical to Western efforts to secure supply chains and reduce reliance on foreign sources of critical minerals, and we believe a major inflection point is approaching".
