M2i Global (OTC:MTWO), which develops and executes global supply chains for critical minerals, said on Tuesday it has appointed market analyst and former Chicago Bears linebacker Jon Najarian to its advisory board.
The move comes as M2i pursues its mission to build a US-controlled supply chain for critical minerals, reducing reliance on imports from countries such as China.
Najarian, known for his long career in trading and as a television commentator, said strengthening the domestic supply chain for critical minerals was vital to US national security and economic stability.
“Jon provides M2i with unique expertise we need as we bring access and supply of critical minerals and extraction processing back to America,” CEO Major General (Ret) Alberto Rosende told shareholders, adding Najarian’s capital markets expertise would help the company expand its business and secure access to materials.
The appointment follows M2i’s June 12 agreement to merge with Volato Group Inc (NYSEAMERICAN:SOAR), a technology-driven private aviation company, to form a dual-platform growth business focused on critical minerals infrastructure and aviation software.
