DigitalX Ltd (ASX:DCC) has formally established its Strategic Advisory Board with the appointments of Yat Siu, co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands Corporation Ltd, and Hervé Larren, founder and chief executive officer of Airvey.io.
The move follows the company’s July 8 announcement of the moves, with both appointees now having executed advisory agreements to join the board. The Strategic Advisory Board will provide ongoing guidance to the board and executive team on global digital asset market trends, strategic partnerships, capital market opportunities, and the long-term positioning of DigitalX’s Bitcoin-first treasury strategy.
DigitalX interim chief executive officer Demetrios Christou said: “We are delighted to formalise our Strategic Advisory Board with the appointments of Yat Siu and Hervé Larren. Both bring exceptional global networks, market knowledge and strategic insights that will be invaluable as we implement our Bitcoin-first treasury strategy.”
Chairman Leigh Travers added: “The calibre of our Strategic Advisory Board reflects the strength of our vision and the growing global recognition of Bitcoin as a premier treasury asset. With Yat’s and Hervé’s experience, we are well positioned to execute on our growth strategy and explore new opportunities in capital markets and Bitcoin innovation.”
In line with its shift away from Solana accumulation and staking, the company has also amended its Strategic Advisory Agreement with Antanas Guoga. Under the revised terms, he will continue to provide strategic insights aligned with the Bitcoin-focused approach.
