Royalty Management Holding Corp (NASDAQ:RMCO) on Monday reported record second-quarter results, driven by gains from its portfolio of resource and technology investments.
Revenue for the first half of 2025 rose to $2.25 million, up 440% from $416,000 a year earlier.
Total assets climbed 12.1% from year-end to $16.86 million as of June 30, while stockholders’ equity increased to $13.93 million.
“Second quarter and first half of 2025 showcases that the company continues its march forward on realizing value for its shareholders by expanding revenues and increasing assets and shareholder equity,” CEO Thomas Sauve said in a statement.
“With revenue in the first half of this year at over $2.25 million, we have been able to continue our expansion with several of our key investments contributing to the overall growth of the company.”
The Indiana-based royalty company invests across resource-driven and emerging technology sectors. Key contributors included rare earth and critical mineral holdings such as NeoRe, TR Mining, FUB Mineral, Ferrox Holdings and ReElement Technologies.
The firm also cited expansion at its environmental services unit and the repurchase and retirement of 193,000 shares of common stock.
Royalty Management’s portfolio spans mining, clean technology, agriculture, and specialty manufacturing, with investments in projects ranging from rare earth extraction in Chile to magnet technology for defense applications and fertilizer recycling research in the US.
The company posted a year-to-date net loss of $49,500.
Shares of Royalty Management ticked around 4.1% higher in afternoon trading Monday.
