Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB, OTCQB:DHBUF) announced the upcoming launch of its six-count sleep gummies in key Middle Eastern markets through its distribution partner in Saudi Arabia.
The company said the expansion will target the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, which it believes is a high-growth market for wellness and sleep-support products.
The new product is expected to be available by September 2025 in airports, major pharmacies, and eCommerce platforms.
"The rollout of our 6-Count Sleep Gummies in Saudi Arabia and in the GCC represents another important step in our global expansion strategy,” Delivra CEO Gord Davey said in a statement.
“This product extension not only strengthens brand presence but also enhances consumer convenience, increases distribution opportunities, and offers a cost-effective entry point for new and existing customers."
Additionally, Delivra Health said its Board of Directors approved the grant of 100,000 incentive stock options on August 7.
The options were issued under the company’s 10% fixed stock option plan to certain directors, officers, and employees. They are exercisable at $0.30 per common share, have a three-year term from the date of grant, and will vest immediately.
