REACT Group shares boosted by new business wins

React Group PLC (LSE:REAT), the UK support services and facilities firm, saw its shares trade higher on Thursday after reporting several contract wins across its business in recent months.

For the trading period since April, it highlights multiple new business wins, including contracts with the NHS, retailers and The Roof Gardens in Kensington.

"We are delighted to report on a positive trading performance, achieved despite ongoing economic headwinds,” said chief executive Shaun Doak.

“Importantly, a number of deals that were delayed in the first half have now progressed in the second half of the year, contributing to improved momentum.”

Doak added: "These recent contract wins, secured across all four of our divisions, clearly demonstrate the growing demand for REACT Group's specialist services.

“They are a strong validation of our strategy, focused on securing high-quality, recurring revenue streams while deepening relationships with both new and existing clients.

Contract wins

REACT Specialist Cleaning has secured new and renewed work with NHS Trusts and construction companies. New clients include Ashleigh (Scotland Builders) and FI Construction.

REACT’s Fidelis unit signed multi-year agreements with industrial and manufacturing clients. These include Danatrol, Flexi Coventry, and Haldex.

The LaddersFree business, meanwhile, added national retail clients such as The Works, BP Forecourts, and H&M. The wins span both national and regional contracts.

And the 24-hour Aquaflow unit won new business with Smart Managed Solutions, The Roof Gardens Kensington, and Homes England.

“Taken together, these wins give us further confidence in the positive direction of travel for the group and our ability to deliver market expectations for the year. We look forward to updating shareholders on further progress in due course,” Doak said.

In London, React Group shares were up 13.4% changing hands at 55p, valuing the firm at around £12 million.
