Accesso Technology Group PLC (LSE:ACSO, OTC:LOQPF) told investors it has sealed a five-year extension to its contract with Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.
The new agreement, beginning on 1 January 2026, sees the continued use of the accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing platform across all 42 of Six Flags’ theme and water parks in North America.
Accesso has provided online ticketing services to Six Flags since 2006, and in the period since, the platform has handled hundreds of millions of transactions.
Under new terms, Accesso will remain the exclusive provider of online ticketing to Six Flags through to 31 December 2030.
"Six Flags has been a flagship client for Accesso, and we're honoured to extend this long-term relationship,” chief executive Steve Brown said in a statement.
“This renewal reaffirms the value our technology brings to high-volume operators and highlights our ability to scale with our partners as they evolve and grow."
Six Flags CFO Brian Witherow, meanwhile, added: “We are pleased to continue working with Accesso as a proven technology partner that understands the unique scale and operational needs of our parks."
