Century Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LCE, OTCQX:CYDVF) announced that its Angel Island lithium project in Esmeralda County, Nevada, has been added to the US Federal Permitting Dashboard for FAST-41 transparency status.
The designation, granted by the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council, places Angel Island alongside other critical mineral mining projects that have been listed on the dashboard since the March 2025 executive order aimed at accelerating domestic mineral production.
Projects with FAST-41 status benefit from dedicated project management support and increased transparency during the environmental review and permitting process.
"The addition of Angel Island to the Federal Permitting Dashboard is a meaningful step and we are thankful for the Permitting Council's selection," Century Lithium CEO Bill Willoughby said.
"Projects on the Federal Permitting Dashboard with transparency status receive the visibility that is at the core of FAST-41, delivering an efficient and accountable process through permitting."
Emily Domenech, executive director of the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council, welcomed Angel Island to FAST-41 Transparency Status.
“This Administration has made it a top priority to utilize the Transparency Dashboard and advance projects such as Angel Island, where they will be mining some of the largest sedimentary lithium deposits in the country,” Domenech said. “I look forward to working with Century Lithium to promote this new era of American energy dominance."
According to Century Lithium, Angel Island is among a small group of advanced US lithium projects that aim to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate through a full end-to-end process.
A feasibility study for the project has estimated comparatively low operating costs, supported by the site’s deposit characteristics and by-product sales.
