Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF) said it has completed the first phase of commissioning at its Beiseker granulation facility in Alberta as it moves towards full-scale commercial production of its proprietary regenerative fertilizer products.
Initial production runs are underway at the plant, with ongoing adjustments expected over the coming weeks to meet the company’s quality and efficiency standards, Replenish said in a statement.
Once fully operational, the facility is expected to produce up to 2,000 metric tonnes of granulated fertilizer per month, the company said.
Replenish anticipates pricing for its fertilizer products will range from $550 to over $650 per metric tonne, depending on market conditions, with gross profit margins exceeding 30% at steady-state production. The company expects to generate annualized free cash flow at full capacity, which it said could lead to lower borrowing costs and improved access to future debt and equity financing.
“Our goal has always been to build a sustainable, profitable business that challenges the status quo of the fertilizer industry,” CEO Neil Weins told shareholders. “Beiseker is more than a facility — it’s a blueprint for what comes next.”
Replenish emphasized its progress in establishing regional sales networks across Western Canada and the US Pacific Northwest, and highlighted the development of its patented, zero-chemical fertilizer technology that has demonstrated comparable or superior efficacy to traditional fertilizers in field trials.
The company is also pursuing future projects in DeBolt and Bethune and said it has restructured over $2 million in discretionary costs in preparation for long-term growth.
