EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC) portfolio company Wanda Health has raised £1.9 million in a funding round.
Proceeds are earmarked to speed up Wanda’s US expansion following strong commercial progress and advances toward FDA approval.
Wanda has, meanwhile, entered the Pharmacy Benefit Manager segment with a contract from Sav-Rx, which serves a network of over 65,000 US pharmacies. The company has the potential to generate multi-million annual recurring revenue, with onboarding already under way.
Opportunities with other PBMs are being pursued, it added.
In the provider business, four new sites have joined Wanda’s Medicare RTM, RPM, and CMM programmes.
Additionally, the company has also signed a group of assisted living facilities in California, with $300,000 in recurring revenue expected by the end of 2025.
