Zenith Energy Ltd (LSE:ZEN, TSX-V:ZEE) announced the exercise of warrants by certain investors, including a non-executive director.
The warrant exercise raises around US$310,000, with a total of 10.76 new shares being issued at NOK 0.29p per share.
Non-executive director Sergey Borovskiy increases his total holding to 8.5 million shares, equal to 1.7% of Zenith’s issued capital.
