Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE:SATS) said it has appointed Scott Kaintz as interim chief financial officer in a non-board role, as the company pursues growth in Bitcoin treasury management and decentralised artificial intelligence.
Kaintz, a veteran executive with public company experience across the technology and natural resources sectors, will support Satsuma’s finance function and listed company requirements.
He succeeds Nick Lyth, who has stepped down as director and CFO but will assist with the transition. Statusma said it continues to seek a permanent, sector-experienced CFO.
