Tissue Regenix names interim CFO as David Cocke retires

Tissue Regenix Group PLC (AIM:TRX), the regenerative medical devices company listed on London’s AIM market, announced on Friday that David Cocke has retired as chief financial officer, with immediate effect.

He is succeeded on an interim basis by Brandon Largent, who steps up from his current role as associate vice president of finance.

Largent, who will not join the board, brings more than 25 years’ experience overseeing financial operations at companies backed by private equity, as well as private and public firms.

Before joining Tissue Regenix, he was financial planning and analysis manager for Groundworks, a company that supplies patented groundwork solutions, where he led a finance transformation following an acquisition and oversaw the integration of newly acquired businesses.

He has also served as chief financial officer at Merlin One Aircraft, a private charter aviation company, and previously managed US operations finance for Tissue Regenix from 2020 to 2022.

The company first flagged Cocke’s planned retirement in its full-year results in March.
