PeerTV (LON:PTV), up 25.6%. The red button TV specialist has appointed industry veteran Jim Lomax as vice president of Sales & Marketing at its PeerTV Limited subsidiary.
Roxi Petroleum (LON:RXP), up 17.1%. Thanks to a recovery in the price of Brent crude, Roxi will be receiving US$3mln more than expected for the sale of its stake in the Galaz contract area.
Global Brands (LON:GBR), up 17.0%. The appointment of Gary Neville as a director was approved at today’s extraordinary general meeting. Neville was previously a director of John Laing, the infrastructure company.
LOSERS
Circle Oil (LON:COP), down 19.8%. Lower oil prices hit Circle Oil's revenues in 2014, as turnover declined 9% to US$84.2mln, despite good production rates in both Morocco and Egypt.
Camco Clean Energy (LON:CCE), down 14.6%. Full-year results revealed a halving of the loss in 2014 to €1.9mln from €3.8mln.
Cap-XX (LON:CPX), down 6.5%. The super-capacitors firm said that, following delivery of the first test and evaluation samples of its automotive super-capacitor units under its memorandum of understanding with a global tier -1 auto components company, the customer has placed orders for additional evaluation units.

Imagination Technologies Group (LON:IMG), up 7.1%. Liberum has tipped the chip designer as a possible takeover target, with electronic design automation players such as Synopsis and Cadence in the frame as potential buyers, or intellectual property companies such as Rambus.
Cairn Energy (LON:CNE), up 1.9%. RBC Capital Markets has upgraded the oil explorer to ‘outperform’ from ‘sector perform’.
Synthomer (LON:SYNT), up 1.7%. The speciality chemical company has had its price target bumped by JP Morgan Cazenove to 280p from 215p; the broker has moved to a neutral position from an ‘underweight’ recommendation.
FALLERS
Premier Oil (LON:PMO), down 2.8%. The energy firm is seeing some profit taking after Friday’s sharp rise on the back of the Isobel deep discovery off the coast of the Falklands.
AMEC Foster Wheeler (LON:AMFW), down 2.6%. The market is nervous ahead of the oil field support services firm’s results, due this week.
Saga (LON:SAGA), down 1.6%. The over-50s services group is flagging after its shares were downgraded by Numis, though the broker still rates the shares as an ‘add’.

Sunrise Resources (LON:SRES), up 31.0%. Sunrise Resources (LON:SRES) has found bonanza grades of silver in underground samples at its Bay State project in Nevada.
Oxford Tech 4 VCT (LON:OXF), up 29.6%. The company’s shares are wanted after one of its investments, Impact Applications, was acquired by Castleton Technologies last week.
China New Energy (LON:CNE), up 27.0%. The engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector has acquired 24% of the issued equity of the Visontai Bioetanol Fejlesztő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság bioethanol project in Hungary for €250,000.
FALLERS
Frontier Resources (LON:FRI), down 21.6%. The company said that AGR Energy will not now be subscribing for shares in the company, which means Frontier will have to secure additional funding for its immediate working capital requirements.
Starcom (LON:STAR), down 19.2%. Vehicle tracking specialist Starcom’s shares have dipped 1.125p to 4.75p after placing shares at 4p a pop to raise £475,000.
San Leon Energy (LON:SLE), down 18.2%. The company has raised £29mln through a placing of shares at 0.80p a throw, and as is normally the case with share placings, the share price has headed down towards the placing price – in this case, it is down 0.2p to 0.90p.
