Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) has confirmed the appointment of Nishant Dighe as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The company also announced that Sarah Cope, formerly senior independent director, has taken up the executive position of Head of Governance and Compliance. She will remain on the board.
Cope has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate broking, having previously worked with Cantor Fitzgerald, RFC Ambrian, FinnCap Ltd and RBC Capital Markets.
