Anteris Technologies Pty Ltd (ASX:AVR, NASDAQ:AVR) has executed a First Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement (A&R MSA) with Switchback Medical, LLC to support the development and manufacture of its structural heart devices.
The updated agreement, signed on July 28, 2025, outlines Switchback’s continued provision of engineering, testing, and manufacturing services under defined purchase orders and pricing structures. All activities are to be carried out in line with regulatory and quality management standards.
As part of the A&R MSA, Anteris granted Switchback a limited, exclusive, revocable and royalty-free licence to use certain intellectual property solely for product manufacturing purposes during the agreement term. However, Anteris retains full ownership of any resulting test data, reports, or developed intellectual property.
The agreement is set to expire on March 31, 2028 and includes automatic one-year renewals unless terminated by either party with 180 days’ notice before the end of any renewal term.
A copy of the full agreement will be filed with the company’s upcoming Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2025.
