Resolution Minerals targets Q4 NASDAQ listing to boost US investor access

Resolution Minerals targets Q4 NASDAQ listing to boost US investor access

Resolution Minerals (ASX: RML) is gearing up for a dual listing on the NASDAQ, aiming to join major US-listed peers like MP Materials and Perpetua Resources.

The company has appointed two US investment banks — Dominari Securities, part-owned by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, and Revere Securities — to lead the listing process. Both firms recently backed the best-performing NASDAQ IPO of the past decade, highlighting their strong track record.

The move is designed to give RML access to the world’s largest capital market, increasing visibility among US investors, strategic partners, the media, and potential government-backed funding sources.

Managing Director Ari Zaetz said: "We are also deeply honoured to have the support of a Dominari and Revere that can leverage their extensive networks and relationships to assist with making Resolution and Horse Heaven more visible to the enormous North American investment market."

The NASDAQ listing — targeted for Q4 2025 — builds on Resolution’s upcoming OTC debut and is a key step in advancing the Horse Heaven Project in Idaho.
