Pantheon International updates on June NPV and buybacks

Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN) reported a net asset value per share of 492.3p as at 30 June.

The company invested £7 million in share buybacks during the month. A total of 2.3 million shares were repurchased at a weighted average price of 303.8p, reflecting an average discount of 38.4% to the NAV at the time.

The board has allocated £30 million to share buybacks between 1 June and the expected NAV publication date in September. To date, £11.7 million of this amount has been used in the current financial year.

As of 30 June, the company reported a net asset value of £2.2 billion and market capitalisation of £1.4 billion. Net debt to NAV was 8.6%.

Net cash flow from the portfolio was £18.6 million for the month. This was based on £37.9 million in distributions and £19.3 million in capital calls.

New investment commitments made in June totalled £29.8 million. These included £7.8 million in a manager-led secondary in Vexve and a £22 million primary commitment to Advent Global Private Equity XI.
