Valereum sees £1.76m profit from London BTC Company share sale

Valereum PLC (AQSE:VLRM) told investors it has reduced its shareholding in London BTC Company Limited, formerly known as Vinanz Limited.

The company’s stake fell from 27.32 million shares to 15.4 million, with the disposal of 11.925 million shares for £1.76 million.

Its legacy shareholding in London BTC Company was the result of an asset sale in 2023, giving it shares in Vinanz, and the sold shares were previously valued on its books at some £119,250. So, Valereum realised a gross profit of £1.64 million with the transaction.

Valereum reported that chair James Formolli has formally changed his name by deed poll to James Bannon.
