hVIVO PLC (AIM:HVO), the contract research group specialising in human challenge clinical trials, said it plans to appoint Shaun Chilton as its new chair.
He brings more than 30 years’ experience in leading and managing both private and listed companies.
He was previously chief executive of Clinigen Group, the pharmaceutical services group. And he was instrumental in growing the business using a buy-and-build strategy before it was taken private for £1.2 billion.
He is currently chair of Avacta Group and Kintiga Limited, and an independent supervisory board member of Product Life Group.
hVIVO said Chilton’s background includes delivering growth in both sales and company value.
