Manx Financial shares rise thanks to new BNPL partnerships

Manx Financial Group (AIM:MFX) announced today that its subsidiary Payment Assist Limited entered into five key partner lending agreements in the first half of 2025.

The new agreements are expected to increase annual advances by £27 million and drive more than £5 million in additional revenue.

Payment Assist will roll out Buy Now Pay Later finance solutions across service and repair centres and explore broader retail finance products via the agreement with Retail Automotive Alliance Limited, which represents 32 dealer groups that generate some £4.1 billion in annual turnover.

Meanwhile, Strategic partnerships with eDynamix UK have integrated PAL’s BNPL product into the exstoPay suite across over 1,100 UK dealership sites.

And, collaborations with Car Care Plan/Nissan, Fix Auto UK, and Revive! Auto Innovations expands interest-free service plans, non-insurance repair finance, and merchant services across hundreds of outlets.

According to Manx, these agreements build on a 36% rise in monthly advances to over £19 million in the first six months of 2025.

In London, Manx shares were up just over 7% on Wednesday, changing hands at 24.12p, valuing the specialist lender at close to £30 million.
