Skillcast Group PLC (AIM:SKL) shares traded up on Wednesday as it flagged an 18% improvement in revenue for its first half, to £7.5 million.
The performance was driven by increased uptake of its governance, risk and compliance software and e-learning products.
The compliance and training portal added that its recurring subscription revenues rose 23% to £6.4 million, and now represented 85% of total group revenues. Annualised Recurring Revenue increased 22% year-on-year to £12.7 million, it added.
“Our continued ARR growth demonstrates the relevance and value of our GRC software and e-learning products during economic uncertainty,” said chief executive Vivek Dodde.
In London, Skillcast shares rose by 14.9% to 54p, valuing the business at just under £50 million.
