Kopane Diamonds Development (AIM: KDD) informed the market that three directors of the company have increased their interests in the company within the last few days.
Tim Read, Chairman of Kopane, bought 150,000 ordinary shares for 16p each, bringing his interest in the company to 250,000 shares and 1,000,000 options for company shares.
A company controlled by Tony Williams, a director of Kopane, bought 1,000,000 ordinary shares for 15.625p each, bringing his interest in the company to 6,053,985 shares and 1,775,000 options for company shares
Stephen Lay, a director of Kopane, bought 150,000 ordinary shares for 16.5p each, brining his interest in the company to 150,000 shares and 500,000 options in company shares.
Shares in Kopane Diamonds went against the trend today and rose 3.1% to 16.25 pence on the day
