hVIVO PLC (AIM:HVO), the clinical trials company specialising in testing new treatments, said non-executive director Tracey James has resigned with immediate effect.
The company stressed her departure was not linked to its financial performance or outlook.
A search is now underway for a replacement, alongside the ongoing process to appoint a new independent chair.
