Resolution Minerals appoints Craig Lindsay as CEO of US operations ahead of maiden drill campaign

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTC:RLMLF) has formalised the appointment of Craig Lindsay as chief executive officer of its US operations in the lead-up to its maiden drilling program at the Horse Heaven Project in Idaho.

Lindsay has been acting in the role since June 2025 and brings over three decades of resource sector experience across mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and mine development. His track record includes founding and leading Magnum Uranium Corp, which was acquired by Energy Fuels Inc, and advancing the Kilgore Gold Project in Idaho through to a preliminary economic assessment prior to its acquisition by Excellon Resources Inc.

North American expansion

The timing of the appointment aligns with Resolution’s strategic expansion into North America, with Horse Heaven poised to become a significant antimony-gold-tungsten project. The project is situated near the newly permitted Stibnite Mine and is expected to benefit from associated infrastructure improvements, including power lines and road access.

As CEO of US operations, Lindsay will be responsible for managing exploration programs, regulatory and government engagement — including with the Department of Defense and the White House — and capital market positioning across both the US and Australia.

Resolution has structured a performance-based incentive package comprising shares, performance rights, and unquoted options, subject to shareholder approval.

The Horse Heaven Project acquisition remains subject to due diligence and shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting on July 25, 2025.

Resolution Minerals' drill approval for Idaho critical minerals project

Lindsay’s move into the role has coincided with the company gaining approval from the United States Forest Service to start drilling at the Horse Heaven Project. The approved Plan of Operations permits up to 57 drill holes from 19 sites along existing access roads, paving the way for drilling to begin in August 2025.

The Phase 1 campaign will focus on high-priority antimony, gold and tungsten targets, with initial work centred on the Golden Gate Ridge area. This zone remains underexplored at depth, with previous explorers concentrating on near-surface, oxide gold mineralisation and not assaying for antimony or tungsten. Resolution's program aims to investigate deeper sulphide zones and assess the broader critical minerals potential of the project.

In a further development, project vendor 1503571 B.C. has exercised its option to acquire full ownership of Horse Heaven, fulfilling a key condition of Resolution’s acquisition process.
