OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM) said Freelancer Limited (ASX: FLN; OTCQX: FRLCY), the world’s largest freelancing and crowdsourcing marketplace, has qualified to trade on the OTCQX Best Market, upgrading from the Pink market.
The company begins trading its ADR today under the symbol “FRLCY.”
The move provides greater transparency for U.S. investors. OTCQX qualification requires high financial standards, strong corporate governance, and compliance with securities laws.
