Digi Power X shares climb on purchase order with Supermicro to launch NVIDIA B200-powered AI platform

Digi Power X Inc (NASDAQ:DGXX, TSX-V:DGX) has signed a definitive purchase order with Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:SMCI) to supply NVIDIA B200-powered systems for the launch of NeoCloud, the company’s modular Tier 3 artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure platform.

The systems will be installed inside Digi Power X’s proprietary ARMS 200, or AI-Ready Modular Solution, pods, with the first deployment scheduled to go live in Alabama in the fourth quarter of 2025.

“This marks a defining moment in our journey,” said CEO Michel Amar. “With Supermicro’s advanced B200 systems, we are now taking the steps to transition from infrastructure buildout to revenue generation.

“Our goal is to deliver Tier 3 AI-ready capacity equipped with the world’s most powerful GPUs for the generative AI era.”

Digi Power X expects each megawatt (MW) of Tier 3 AI infrastructure to generate recurring revenue through GPU cloud rentals on its NeoCloud platform. The company is targeting growth financed by non-dilutive debt, supported by AI compute revenue.

“Our model is designed to deliver predictable cash flow, strong margins, and full equity retention for shareholders with a sub-three-year payback,” Amar added.

The company is also developing the ARMS 300 platform, optimized for NVIDIA’s upcoming B300 chips, and plans to build out 55MW of Tier 3 AI infrastructure between 2026 and 2027.

Digi Power X said it aims to be one of the first US public companies to deploy and monetize NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture at cloud scale. Additional deployments are planned for the company’s upstate New York sites.

Investors cheered the update, sending shares of Digi Power X almost 13% higher to about $3.50 on Thursday morning.
