MyHealthChecked shares surge 43% on Boots supply deal

Shares in MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM:MHC) jumped 43% on Thursday after the home-testing healthcare company announced a new supply agreement with Boots to provide own-branded wellness tests.

The deal will see MyHealthChecked supply eight blood tests, one DNA test and four lateral flow self-tests under the Boots brand, with the range set to launch in August 2025. The initial contract runs for 12 months.

The partnership builds on a four-year commercial relationship between the two companies and marks a significant step for MyHealthChecked as it expands its reach in the UK retail health market.

Chief executive Penny McCormick said: “We’re delighted to have secured this supply into Boots in the expansion of its range of own-brand wellness tests. We have developed a strong working and commercial relationship with Boots over the past four years, and we’re excited to see this continue.”

The stock rose 4.15p to 13.9p.
