Shares in IntegraFin Holdings PLC (LSE:IHP), the FTSE 250-listed operator of the Transact financial advisor platform, jumped almost 17% on the back of a strong trading update for the third quarter of its financial year.
Net inflows of £1.21 billion onto the platform were seen in the three months to end-June, up from £0.66 billion a year earlier.
This was the fourth successive quarter of inflow growth, with a 95% increase in net flows seen over nine months.
Total funds under direction at the end of June on the Transact platform stood at £69.5 billion, up 11% over the past year.
IntegraFin said it expects the strong momentum to continue into the fourth quarter and its new financial year.
CEO Alex Scott said the past year has seen Transact take over 20% market share of net inflows to the UK adviser platform market and deliver gross inflows of over £2 billion each quarter.
He said a group-wide cost review has been launched to "unlock further efficiency and productivity enhancements, which have been made possible by the recent and ongoing programme of investment in technology across the group".
"We will generate cost savings whilst continuing to invest in the business and delivering the excellent customer service to clients and advisers that is the foundation of our proposition."
