Renascor Resources Ltd (ASX:RNU, OTC:RSNUF) earlier this week discussed the strategic expansion of its South Australian exploration efforts, with managing director David Christensen detailing to Proactive a new farm-in agreement with Vintage Exploration and Mining Pty Ltd.

Significant uranium-copper target
A new farm-in agreement with Vintage Exploration and Mining Pty Ltd will give Renascor Resources access to new ground within the Marree and Bulloo Creek project areas, including a significant uranium-copper target named the Mulgaria prospect.
Renascor told investors that Mulgaria is defined by a standout radiometric anomaly, which was originally identified through airborne survey data collected by the South Australian Mines Department. The company said the prospect’s radioactive response is five times the regional average, making it one of the strongest known anomalies in the Gawler Craton region outside of Olympic Dam.
Christensen said, “It really is a standout radiometric anomaly that sticks out like a sore thumb,” and highlighted the geological features that support further exploration. The company described Mulgaria as drill-ready and highly prospective.
Ongoing activity
Renascor also confirmed ongoing activity at its Bulloo Creek project, where it plans to drill additional high-priority copper and uranium targets. Aboriginal clearance work is already underway at both sites.
The company said the expansion aligns with its broader exploration strategy to pursue “low-cost, high-upside” opportunities. It added that these activities are supported by a strong balance sheet and an experienced exploration team.
Advancing Siviour Battery Anode Materials Project
In addition to its exploration plans, Renascor continues to advance its 100%-owned Siviour Battery Anode Materials Project. The company said it is building a demonstration plant for purified spherical graphite, the largest development it has undertaken to date. Full commissioning is targeted for later in the year.
It said the demo plant will showcase Siviour’s potential not just as a mining asset, but as a downstream refining operation capable of contributing to global critical minerals supply chains.
Christensen said the company expects a period of strong activity through the second half of the year across both exploration and development fronts.
