TAO Alpha PLC, soon to be renamed Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE:SATS), rose 10% has appointed Mark Moss as chief Bitcoin strategist.
Moss is a well-known figure in the crypto world, with over ten years’ experience advising institutions on using Bitcoin as a treasury asset.
He has built a large following through his YouTube channel, which has more than 700,000 subscribers, and his social media presence where he shares insights on the sector and decentralised finance.
Moss will join the company on 1 August and help optimise its Bitcoin-focused treasury strategy to support growth and capital generation.
Chairman Matt Lodge said the hire is part of a series of senior appointments aimed at accelerating the company’s plans ahead of a private investor offering expected to close soon.
The move highlights Satsuma’s focus on blending Bitcoin treasury management with decentralised AI technologies.
