Plexus Holdings PLC (AIM:POS) has appointed Dr Stuart Paton as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Paton brings over 30 years of energy industry experience including leadership and senior roles at Dana Petroleum, and Getech Group.
“[Dr Paton’s] extensive experience in the energy sector, coupled with a strong track record of guiding UK growth companies in the public markets, will be a valuable asset to Plexus as we continue to scale,” chief executive Craig Hendrie said.
Also, Plexus announced that Ms Kunming Liu has stepped down from the board after 10 years of service.
