Shares in Celebrus Technologies PLC (AIM:D4T4, OTC:DFORF) rose 12% after the data software group announced two significant contract wins, adding $1.1 million to its annual recurring revenue and pushing total ARR close to $20 million.
The first contract, a three-year deal with a European bank undergoing a digital overhaul, will see the Celebrus Cloud platform used to power hyper-personalised customer experiences.
The second, also over three years, is with a US-based fintech in trading and brokerage, which will use Celebrus for real-time paid media optimisation and cost reduction.
The deals, with a combined value of just under $4 million, also bring future ARR growth in years two and three. Both contracts make use of the company’s embedded analytics tool, Metabase.
Celebrus said the wins reflect the returns from recent investment in product development and its direct sales channel, and support its strategy to grow ARR across diverse sectors.
The shares, down 39% year-to-date, rose 18p to 165.5p.
