Graphene Manufacturing Group launches global sales of G Lubricant

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) said on Monday it has commenced global sales of its G Lubricant product through both its website and direct-to-customer channels.

The company said the lubricant is now being sold in several markets including Australia, the UK, Europe, China, Canada and the US.

GMG also noted it has received formal requests for distribution rights in additional countries and is working to finalize packaging and labelling updates to comply with local requirements.

To support broader sales in Europe, the company has initiated the process to register G Lubricant with the European Chemicals Agency under the REACH regulation, a process that could take up to three months. GMG is also engaging consultants to assist in securing US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approval.

“We look forward to growing sales through new distributors and potential partners for scale,” said GMG CEO Craig Nicol in a statement.

Chairman Jack Perkowski added, “Commencing sales is the first step to bringing the product to market.”

The company is currently in discussions with large oil and gas companies and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) on potential scaling partnerships. G Lubricant is already in active use in several large truck fleets, with performance results expected in the coming months.

To drive adoption, GMG has launched an educational video series on YouTube featuring chief development officer Paul Mackintosh, offering guidance on how to incorporate G Lubricant into widely used commercial lubricant products.

On the marketing front, GMG said it has committed over A$200,000 to a year-long advertising campaign in Australia targeting the trucking and transport sector. The campaign includes newspaper, magazine, radio, and online advertisements. A similar annualized spend is being allocated to global digital platforms including Meta, Google and LinkedIn, the company said.

GMG is also expanding its global sales team and reviewing production and packaging capacity, including the potential use of third-party contractors, in anticipation of increased demand.
