Mediazest PLC (AIM:MDZ) shares rose sharply in Monday's early trade after it announced a new contract to install digital currency boards at approximately 1,200 locations in the UK for First Rate Exchange Services.
Following a successful proof-of-concept project, it will now advance deployments over the next 24 months.
It will see MediaZest provide hardware, installation and support services to First Rate’s clients nationwide.
“We are delighted to have converted the opportunity with First Rate into this significant new contract, which represents a major milestone in our digital signage journey," chief executive Geoff Robertson said.
Mediazest shares were up 18.75% on Monday, changing hands at 0.095p.
