Huddled Group PLC (AIM:HUD) has signed a new fulfilment and carrier service agreement with THG Ingenuity.
It is expected to support Huddled’s growth plans following a rise in orders and revenue across all three of its brands during the second quarter of 2025.
The agreement will allow Huddled to use THG Fulfil's automated logistics centres, with a capacity to process over two million units per day. The new service will offer same-day delivery on orders placed by 1 am.
“This partnership represents a step-change in our ability to deliver circular economy solutions at scale,” executive chair Martin Higginson said in a statement.
“THG Ingenuity’s fulfilment capabilities rival Amazon’s - something we’ve aspired to since we started this business. The ability to process orders until 1 am for same-day delivery is a dream for any e-commerce retailer.”
In London, Huddled shares rose by 11.5% changing hands at 3.57p.
Migration of operations is expected to be completed before the end of the third quarter of 2025.
Huddled has also secured a £1.5 million equity investment, priced at 3.2 pence. Of the total, £1 million will be invested by a single institutional investor, and £500,000 by Shard Capital Partners LLP.
These funds will support commercial opportunities and provide working capital.
