Valereum PLC (AQSE:VLRM) has announced the appointment of Matthew Ripperger and Grant Gischen as non-executive directors.
Karl Moss and Pete Sekhon have stepped down from the board with immediate effect, Valereum said.
The board now consists of James Formolli (executive chair), Gary Cottle (CEO), and non-execs Grant Gischen, Matthew Ripperger, and Simon Brickles.
Last month, Valereum appointed Cottle as its new chief executive. who previously served as a non-executive director, stepped into the CEO role to maintain strategic continuity.
To the role, he brings 30 years of experience in financial markets, including senior roles at Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura.
Cottle recently joined the Proactive Studio.
