RISERS
RapidCloud International (LON:RCI), up 10.7%. The south-east Asian web-hosting firm has won two contracts worth around £180,000 for its newly-launched PortalWEB product.
Ensor Holdings (LON:ESR), up 8.8%. The building materials company has hoist the "for sale" sign.
Plus500 (LON:PLUS), up 7.4%. The shares have pulled out of their tailspin after this morning's trading update ahead of the AGM. The CFDs trading platform operator has been hit by a money laundering investigation that has necessitated a substantial number of its clients' accounts be frozen, but nevertheless it reported this morning that year-to-date revenues have already exceeded those for the whole of 2014.
FALLERS
Goldplat (LON:GDP), down 15.0%. Talks over the potential acquisition of a private gold exploration company have come to an end. It had been previously anticipated that a deal could see new management come in to run Goldplat’s Kilimapesa gold mine.
Lansdowne Oil (LON:LOGP), down 14.1%. There has been no development on the farm-out process for the Barryroe asset off the coast of Ireland, in which Lansdowne holds a 20% working interest. Providence Resources said it has yet to conclude discussions with a proposed "farminee" alluded to earlier this year.
Trinity (LON:TRIN), down 12.9%. Underlying earnings in 2014 eased to US28.5mln from US$34.8mln in 2013. The company remains up for sale but there was no news on the sale process.
