Meren Energy Inc (TSX:MER, OTC:AOIFF) announced that John Craig has stepped down from its board, succeeded by Cheryl Sandercock.
Sandercock brings extensive energy sector experience, including over $70 billion in advisory work.
The company also issued 76,231 shares from vested performance units, bringing total shares with voting rights to approximately 675.5 million as of June 30.
