Goldplat (LON:GDP) has told investors that talks over the potential acquisition of a private gold exploration company have come to an end.
It had been previously anticipated that a deal could see new management come in to run Goldplat’s Kilimapesa gold mine.
Details of the proposed deal were first revealed in the group’s interim results, on March 30, after a letter of intent had been signed.
