Oracle shares at all-time high on $30B per year cloud deal starting in 2028

Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL, ETR:ORC) shares rose almost 5% on Monday, reaching an all-time high of around $222 on the news it has signed several large cloud services deals, including one which is expected to generate more than $30 billion in annual revenue starting in fiscal year 2028.

This deal is one of the largest cloud contracts on record and nearly triples the size of Oracle's current infrastructure business.

Oracle CEO Safra Catz is expected to share the news at a company meeting on Monday, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

“Oracle is off to a strong start in FY26,” Catz is expected to say, according to the filing. “Our MultiCloud database revenue continues to grow at over 100%, and we signed multiple large cloud services agreements including one that is expected to contribute more than $30 billion in annual revenue starting in FY28.”

The new deals are not expected to impact the company’s 2026 guidance, per the filing.

Shares of Oracle traded 4.5% higher on Monday afternoon. They are up almost 32% in the year to date, driven by cloud growth and rising AI-related demand.
