Valdor Technology International Inc (CSE:VTI), a provider of advanced fiber optic components, announced that its CEO, Dorian Banks, has stepped down from his role and resigned from the company’s board of directors.
The company’s board of directors expressed appreciation for Banks’ contributions during his tenure and extended best wishes for his future endeavors.
Valdor has launched a formal search for a new CEO. The company said it will provide updates as the process progresses.
Separately, Valdor said that it has granted a total of 200,000 stock options to certain directors and officers.
Each option allows for the purchase of one common share at a price of $0.035, valid for two years from the date of grant.
