Lightning Minerals managing director Alex Biggs talked with Proactive about the company's binding agreement to acquire 100% of Lotus Minerals Pty Ltd. This strategic move adds two highly prospective brownfields projects to its portfolio: drill-ready targets at the Mt Turner and Lachlan Fold copper-gold projects.
